Planning on upgrading my computer by the end of the year, but I'd like to know what I should get first.

My current setup (the parts I'm planning on switching):
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 (stock @ 3.2GHz)
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-M68M-S2P
RAM: PNY Optima DDR2 (2x2GB @ 667MHz)
GPU: EVGA GTX 560 2GB (non-TI)

My future setup:
CPU: Intel i5-3570k (planning to OC to 4.5GHz)
Mobo: ASUS P8Z77-V Pro
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X DDR3 (2x4GB @ 1600MHz)
GPU: EVGA GTX 670 FTW 2GB

Would I benefit more from switching out my CPU, Mobo, and RAM first?
Or would swapping to the 670 be a better choice?

Thanks in advance!

Technically speaking, you could go straight to just getting the GPU.
But I would be more comfortable if I got the new CPU and RAM first. Especiially since your current one is only running at 667MHz.

A bit of a side note: It's better to ask here again about parts when you're a bit closer to your estimated date of buying them.
