Will a intel i3 2100 bottleneck an HD 7770 2gb?

I'm thinking of upgrading my system with a new Graphics card. I was wondering if my 2nd gen i3 2100 will bottleneck an Asus hd 7770 2gb. My cpu has a base clock at around 3.10 Ghz.

Intel Core I3 2100 is designed with better IPS (instruction per second) it calculate's much better then most of the AMD quad-core chips currently NO gpu can bottleneck this cpu, except (HD 7950,7970 and GTX 670,680,690 but all the previous models won't bottleneck I3 2100.

The 560 is better gfx card and after rebates even better

i was originally going to buy a gtx 560, but they all went up $20-40 in price, and my budget couldnt afford that price increase, so i went with the 7770.
