Do those FPS look reasonable ?
I expected the HD 7950 to have "better" fps than my old GTX 460, but i only see it increase about 20 FPS, some games does not increase at all. With crysis 2, i have 50 fps with the HD 7950.
If u watch this vid
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XJLlLZ65RGM
At 6:50, he shows the HD 7950 has 100+ fps in crysis 2. Why is mine so low?

Are u sure ? :D. I'm willing to spend money for the parts that u recommend. But i want to make sure it give a "massive increase" like u said. Because i'm disappointed with the result the new graphic card gave me :D

I am 100% sure that you would be much better with Intel Core I5 2500k it won't bottleneck currently any single or dual GPU setup, While even the latest release from AMD like bulldozers bottleneck top-end gpu, as a result become worst due to bottlenecking of gpu, here is a link i'm providing to you difference between 2500k vs phenom II 920 ( 925 model is not available in this site anyway 920 and 925 are pretty the same things)

i did not overclock anything yet. I tried to oc my AMD 925 with AMD overdrive, but it is at its highest (2.8ghz)right now. People say i can oc in the bios, but i dont want to try :/

Well, with no overclocking + weaker Cpu and you are running a high-end card hahaha! Your card is bottlenecking that is why your pc performance not increased too much, Get the new setup with Intel.
