This error is caused by either memory errors or driver error. Does this error occur in safe mode? if it does then it is a memory error if it does not then it is a driver error. Try running memtest86 for at least three passes to test the memory.
if the pc was shipped to your house..i would open the case up and with the pc off and unplugged from the wall so you dont short anything out check that all the ram is seated. also check all the cards and heat sinks. i seen new pc with dimms and heatsinks just sitting on the bottom of cases from bad shipping. if there ok and everything looks fine. try running memtest. if there an issue where it fails..take out 1/2 ram and run again..it help you find the bad dimm. if you cant cause the error again or it still errors out i would use the computer warranty and show them.
Its a used computer from ebay, the seller is very cooperative, the package came with two big wholes on the front of the box and the back, so dont know if it was used as handles, or tampered with, the HDD wasnt plugged in right so i put it in properli because it wasnt showing, i re seated all the RAM already, memtest passed, it has watercooling in it if that helps. Advice is much appreciated.
Re installed windows problem persisted, iam going to get a refund,
Can i build a similar spec pc or better with a budget of £520 - £720. Without screen & and windows. And a place in the uk to buy parts.
It's the same graphics card but much stronger CPU. Also, your last PC had a fancy case and liquid cooling - but that stuff is expensive and is only good for looks - so I skipped it. I've also skipped DVD recorder - I don't really think you need one - I personally don't; last time I used it was 10 months ago when I assembled my PC (to install windows, but you can do it with a flash drive as well).
