Well, the Ti 4200 is a good choice if you want a fast powerful card, and you dont want to spend that much money.
512 Mb of Ram, is good. Thats what u'll need.
2100XP is fast. Get more if you can though. Its always good to get more...:p
I dont know a thing about the mobo though...lol

Yep. Looks good.
Just make sure that your case comes with a decent brand name powersupply, not some cheapass unit. 350W reccommended.

Whether you will need that 512 Meg is important.
Also important is that you can just buy a little bit now and wait until the prices come down... they WILL come down you know

True...
Getting the 512, you wont have to buy more , because its enough for everything. You can buy 256 now, though, and 256 in some time when the prices are down.
The money you save on that, is enough to get a higher processor, since DDR Ram is expensive.
The Ti4200 is the best performance for the money, graphics card right now so its a good pick.

Now, about your mobo. On the AMD homepage, they recommend that model you want to get, for speeds from 1500XP to 2400XP.

And, going with the prices on www.PartsPC.com, you should save about 80$ only getting 256RAM. With that, you could get a 2400XP. And just buy more RAM in about 6 months when prices come down.

Good economical selection. The XP 2100 is about the top model before you start seeing drastic price differences. I'd stick with that. The 512mb RAM is good. You won't short change yourself for any applications whereas you could hold back and get a 256mb, but you risk having insufficient memory for some applicatons and especially big games. The system would have to rely more on virtual which would really slow you down. I'd go with a single 512mb chip as well. Better for expansion later. I assume the video card is because you play games or do graphics. Otherwise its overdoing it. Keep in mind that the Leadtek 4400 is $186 at newegg and the 4200 is $160. I'd personally spend the extra $26.

Like the others stated, make sure you have a good PSU. Newegg also is selling these workstation towers for very cheap considering. $110 with a 450 watt foxconn PSU.
