Can you have 2 seperate sound cards in windows 7

I am running a DJ program and I use an external outboard audio mixer. I take 2 seperate stereo outputs ....deck 1 and deck 2 ..1 from each sound card and go into my mixer for control. I was running windows xp pro and upgraded to windows 7. I am having issues having the 2 sound card work together as they did in xp. Can this be done in win 7 as it was in xp? how? thanks
