Aerocool PSUs

So I was looking at Aerocool PSUs....

and then I saw the Strike X 600W 80PLUS Bronze Modular......

Are Aercool PSUs reliable?

if they are, is the Aerocool Strike X a good choice?

the answer to your former question, it depends on the exact platform, the aerocool GT-SG are solid and built by HEC (aerocool is a brand rather then a manufacturer, common in many computer part companies)

to your latter question, the answer is no. here is a review of the aerocool strike X platform made by andyson

The AeroCool Strike-X 800W power supply is not one that we can recommend. While the appearance of the unit is eye catching, there are technical issues which we feel could be problematic.

First impressions were less than positive. The lack of user manual and low quality cardboard storage box for the modular cables points to a budget, value oriented supply. The power supply itself looks quite attractive from the outside, and the bright red paint and ‘X’ logos will surely split opinion with the potential user base. It would look quite attractive in a colour coordinated chassis with some red LED lighting closeby.

  4. While it's not complete junk, it's not a unit I would consider a good choice. It's made by Andyson and I don't think I've ever seen any Andyson psu that I would recommend:
