Error 651 WAN message, can't connect to the internet

Hello,
I am on my work place computer but my home computer is getting an error 651 WAN message and I can't connect to the internet. Have unplugged everything a few times, modem and all and still get the same message. I believe at the time I started getting this message, I was opening up a Walgreens email and was going to delete it and that's when my issues started. Thanks, Donna

unplug the modem and router of you have one too and then plug them back in. if that does not work call your Internet provider for help
