I have a system with following configuration.

i3-2120 Processor
DH67BL OR DH61WW.......(I have DH61WW right now but DH67BL will be available after replacement)
4GB DDR3 RAM.

I want to buy Graphics Card.Which one is best nvidia or ATI, I am thinking of buying Nvidia GT 520 2GB,is there any equivalent card from ATI for that budget.

What will you be doing? If you want to play games, nothing on that budget will get you anywhere. You need at least 100-150$ for a lower end gaming card.

Yes they're right. GT 520 will not help you in gaming. If you are thinking for an upgrade I would suggest not doing that. Because it's going to be the same or just a little bit different than your IGP intel HD 2000. If you're looking for a cheap upgrade go for at least a 6670.
