Finalizing a parts list for a new pc, can use any help.

Hey all, I'm finishing a build list for a friend and he's under a pretty tight budget.
I already have the CPU (a phenom x4 quad core 2.8 ghz), but here are the other parts. I was wondering if any of you had better alternatives for these parts. Keep in mind it's a TIGHT budget so please don't bring up things that are way more expensive. Thanks

I've heard that the board isn't that great, and also that I should use 2 2GB sticks of ram instead of 1 4GB stick to increase speed.

I would wait for an email promo or shellshocker special. Look for a 760 or 880 am3 or am3+ chipset board. Register with newegg for their email promo specials. It only takes a minute. I would link a board, but my newegg links aren't working today. I use biostar boards in my am3 systems.
