Can i run my system with only one case fan?

So i finished my build and got everything working, but the front fan of my HAF 912 has a cable that cant reach my Asrock z77 extreme 4 mobo, so will i able to run my build without that one? (until i get an extension) i am running onboard graphics at the moment because i dont have the right type of DVI for my graphics card and i am running an i5 3570k cpu

More about system case
  1. If you are not overclocking, you won't be creating enough heat to be a problem. Running with only an extract fan, will mean case will be under negative pressure, so there will be a tendancy for dust to get sucked in, wherever it can, so you need to bear that in mind.
  2. you can run your rig fine with no case fans if you really wanted to
  3. If u can get the one that in the rear working to exaust the hot air it will fine...

as TheBigTroll said some people event build without fans (silence type)..
  4. I had my Antec Sonata with one fan for a little bit, and it was on my H60 watercooling unit.

I then removed my 6950, added another fan, and added another fan onto the H60.
  5. i can run my rig fine with no case fans and it would hardly make a difference in terms of temps
