If you are afraid that the ram won't fit then I would get low profile ram like this
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231542
I also would get that case, I just think it is way to much, and you could spend that money you save on better parts or even save it.
I would also get this mobo
It is only $128 and can do sli, it has 2 pcie 3.0 slots which is actually better than what the asus one is and I personally think the asus one is a rip off. I think everything else looks good. Also make sure you want that cpu cooler, because it is only really necessary if you are gonna be doing some serious overclocking.

If you are only planning on 2 way SLI do you really need the Maximus V? You can save some money there. Also, I thought it was E-ATX which is larger and may not fit in the case. However, I am not familiar with the storm stryker.

The GTX 670 is great. The MSI Power Edition will be a better overclocker than the Gigabyte and is worth a look.

Other than that, it looks like a great build. Have fun

A bigger case does not necessarily mean better cooling. You need high air flow. The Asus Sabertooth Z77 would be more appropriate. Standard ATX, excellent overclocking and cheaper than the Maximus. The MSI twin frozr IV should have no problems cooling at all but that Gigabyte 670 is fine.
