Custom build pc

i am wanting to get a custom pc for school and abit of gaming i would first like to know how if all my items would fit together and that i have enough psu for everything

Intel cpu: Intel pentium dual core G850-Lga 1155
Intel motherboard: Asus p8b75-m intel motherboard lga 1155
Desktop hard drive 1: Seagate barracuda 500gb
Optical drive: Samsung 22x black internal dvdrw
Desktop memory 1: Corsair 4gb ddr3 1600mhz cl 9 ddr3 xms3 (cmx4gx3m1a1600c9)
Graphic cards: Gigabyte nVidia GTX 640 2gb
Case psu included: termaltake v3-psu included (500W)
