How many watts will i need for this switch?

Hello, i am currently running a gigabyte GA-M51GM-S2G motherboard which supports amd am2 socket and also has integrated graphics, i have and amd athalon X2 38000+ as well as a rocketfish cpu heatsink fan, i have one fan attached to my board also two optical drives, i am running all this on a 400W power supply, i would like to know if this is enough for all my hardwear, also if i were to switch my motherboard to a Biostar TA970 AM3+ board with an AMD FX-6100 ZAmbezi and a Galaxy 64TGF8HX6FTZ Geforce graphics card how much more power would i need?

you will be fine as long as your 400w power supply is in good working order. Your new system will draw about 225w under load.
