It will fit any size graphics card you can throw at it, bigger graphics cards are VERY hard to install and will take some cleaver maneuvering. Also don't put it near liquid or anything that might spill. For cooling you can't beat it.
This topic typically leads to a bunch of people with zero experience making claims about closed cases being better for cooling. But in my experience an open case with a ton of airflow like this case has are best for cooling.
This case looks really cool and is very easy to clean, for obvious reasons. I would recommend it as I currently own one for a component test bench. Once again it is not as easy to work with as it appears to be, so as a workbench it is really a no go, but as a gaming rig it will be an impressive case.
