Need a 24" IPSor my GTX670FTW

Hi, I am building my first desktop, the main purpose is playing BF3 on 1080p 60FPS minimum:
hardware: Intel i5-3570K(3.4GHZ, planning on OC to 4.2-4.4 if necessary)w/ Coolmaster Hyper Evo212
EVGA GTX670 FTW(2G, GHZ)
Ram: 8G

I have doubts about my system making use of a 120Hz Monitor so I intend to buy a monitor in the <$400 range. Could you give me some recommendations:
