Fan on hi

I get a vrm fan error, but my fan is on. When I boot my HP h9-1120T and press F10, I enter the Hardware power management function. When I go to thermal, I can see that both fans, liquid cooled and VRM fan are around 1000rpm. There isn't a way to set them? My bios is AMI7.09 dated 3/14 2012. HP support site does not list an update.

What can I do to get rid of the incorrect error message every time I boot, and stop the buzzing.

Thank you.

You can stop it by entering bios and finding something like stop on fan error : enable/disable

Isn't what I did using F10 just that. I only saw fan speeds listed. Nothing about enabling or disabling fan check.

you can even note down your changes in the bios and reset the cmos and then try....
