Looks ok, but here is what I would do:

Change the video card to MSI 660Ti PE:

You don't need such a powerful PSU, change it to 500-550W. If you plan to buy another card for SLI in the future, then 750W is ok.
Saved money invest in better cpu cooling - the famous CM Hyper evo 212:

Instead of wireless adapter on PCI, buy something on PCI-Express x1, and instert it in the topmost slot. TP-link products are good and cheap.
