The most clear and obvious place to cut costs is the case. Raidmax cases, well Raidmax in general is cheap quality. If you want a cool looking case that is a little cheaper, go with a Rosewill Challenger-U3 ($50)

SeaSonic makes excellent PSU's. However, you don't need that big of one for such a simple system. Corsair makes great solutions that are fairly cheap. The 430 watt is more than enough.

Whoops i forgot to mention that there is a rebate on the windows combo that makes it $120 total, but the stick you recommended makes for more of an upgrade path. Thanks for the help!

The ram that comes with the combo its not horrible, But I would go with a better model.
