More about which
  1. Yes it is fine but i really suggest add few bucks and get fx 6300.much better than 4300.
  2. The 4300 would be a decent alternative. The performance difference between the two isn't really noticeable for gaming at this time. In a recent THG article on chips under $200, the 6300 and 4300 were generally only about 2-3fps apart.
  3. from what I've heard, the fx-6300 is a really good cpu considering its price.
  4. Not trying to change your mind or anything, but Intel processors are really much better when it comes to gaming.

Agreed, but for the money, the new Vishera AMD chips are pretty good still. An overclocked FX4300 would outperform its similarly price i3 3220 due the i3 being a locked chip not capable of any real overclocking.
