Everything checks out. What's with the cooler though, a Hyper 212 EVO would be better at about the same price.
Get a 1600MHz RAM. The price difference of 1333 and 1600 is almost negligible.
Interesting choice of GPUs.

That's about all I have to say.

P.S Great KB and mouse. I'm a fan of Razer too.
