Setting up a Virtual Server/adding files

Greetings.

I am trying to set up a Virtual Server with Server 2003 and can't continue adding roles until I get the information out of the SP2 disk. How do I get the information from the host to the virtual server? My virtual server has no networking until I can get the SP2 files. I see that there are tools but am unclear as to which one to use.

As soon as I posted this, I went back and tried something and it worked.
