Just about to order the parts for my new build was just double checking to make sure everything is compatible before I buy them

Thanks in advance :)

Processor: Intel core i5 3570k

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H

Ram: Corsair Vengeance LP ddr3 8gb (2x4gb)

Storage: Western Digital caviar black 1tb hdd

Optical Drive: Sony AD-7280S-0B 24x Internal SATA DVD writer <---- Is this sata, sata 2 or sata 3 and does it matter as much with optical drives??

Case: Coolermaster Storm Enforcer

Power Supply: Corsair CX600 600w power supply

Graphics card: Msi Geforce gtx 670 power edition

Is there any components that I am missing? Are these all compatible with each other?

Everything looks good to me. You could even get a smaller PSU if you don't plan on SLI. If you do 600 watt might be enough, but I would go with a 750 watt to SLI.
Edit: It doesn't really matter with optical drives. I believe it is just sata though.

Hey, thanks for the confirmation. Don't think I will SLI, and all i'll most likely be using the optical drive for is windows 7 (already got a copy of that) and maybe a few games that I don't buy on steam.
