I'm so confused, okay, I can spare an extra £60 on my GPU and I was looking at the "AMD Radeon HD 6970"so I googled it and looked at prices, now I'm seeing so much differences in prices, such as a sapphire, VTX3D and Powercolor? All are the AMD Radeon HD 6970 though

Look yourself:

What is the difference?

If there isn't a difference, should I replace the "Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 2GB Video Card" for: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VTX3D-2GB-Radeon-HD-6970-PCI-... ?

No the 7870 is stronger than the 6970. and use less power.

If you want a beast of a card, there's always the MSI Twin Frozr HD7950, basically for the price of those 6970's, and MUCH better, and more power efficient.
