4490 New Israeli Shekels = 1128~ $ (Here in israel is very expenssive to buy a new computer)

Mmm its really overpriced for what you are getting...but as you said, its very expensive to buy a new computer on israel, so Its Perfect mate. Go for it.

well, maybe a h77 motherboard instead of the b75, but i dont know much about either of them

I really dont care about motherboard, that's because overclocks aren't important for me and the features are really enough for me. USB3 and all of these.
