I'm building a new computer and wondering if any of these will "Bottleneck"

16Gb ram 1600mhz

Core i5 3570k Quad core

Nvidia gtx 670 2GB EVGA

Western Digital 1 terabyte hdd 7200rpm

and then just my 750watt corsair power supply

Don't think anything else would effect the performance..

Nothing should bottleneck until you get around very high loads (>95% load) but do you need 16GB of RAM because unless your running a server or doing HD video editing 8GB of RAM would do just fine.

optimal is a bad choice of words. optimal would mean that anything above or below 8gb would be worse and 16gb of ram would not be worse for gaming performance.

OP 16gb is not "needed" but it will not hurt. if you are just gaming the max you would need would be 5ish gb which is why 2X4gb modules are recommended.
