The Black Screen

Hello,
Im having some problems with my new graphics card.I bought a Nvidia Geforce series 210,it has 1 gb and it dident cost mutch.Anyway i tryed 2 install it i turned of my pc and unpluged the cables,after i put the card i turn the pc on after it pass's though the bios i doesnt show the windows i think it crashed or something

Any help is appreciated..

Hi,

Try to boot with the card install and plug the screen in onboard vga to see if it boots from there.

If so go into the BIOS and in integrated device, disable onboard VGA and select primary vga adapter pcix.

If you still have problem

1- might be vga incompatible (rare but could be that issue)
2- vga is defective: test it out in another computer

and if it's defective RMA
