Intel 3820 OC

i cant figure out what's going on with this chip. i am able to get a stable overclock of 4.75ghz with only 1.24v and temps under 65c on prime. though anything higher, or even passing 1.3v the chip will pass up 80c on prime without a problem. i know my cooling is not an issue (tested water loop) and airflow is fine. i dont know if my motherboard or cpu is at fault. some issues with my motherboard is not being able to pass 1.201 vccsh or 1.129 on vtt as well as usb3 ports not working. its an x79 extreme6/gb and i think im going to send it in for an RMA, but i dont know if this will fix the overheating problem at such low voltages.

Forgive me you are looking to get an RMA on a product that is running fine and only runs hot when you are overclock it past a set voltage that is not as high as you would like it to be?

You obviously didnt read that the usb3 ports arent working either. I figured if im going to have to RMA it i mind as well have them fix the motherboard completely making it function like what i have paid for.
