Okay, on a EVGA GTX 670 card, it has, obviously, 2 DVI ports, 1 HDMI, and 1 Display Port..... I have a client wanting to run 3 monitors and I have never done "HDMI to DVI" and what he is wanting to ask is this:
Monitor 1 - DVI in monitor to DVI on card.
Monitor 2 - DVI in monitor to DVI on card.
Monitor 3 - DVI in monitor to HDMI on card.
Now, will monitor 3 look the exact same (quality and such) as the DVI to DVI monitors? Also, would it suffice to do a DVI to DVI cord that plugs into the monitor then a little adapter thing that goes from DVI to HDMI?
If this is confusing at all, please let me know. I'll try to explain it a little better. Appreciate the help!
(Note: The monitors being used only have a DVI port on them, no HDMI)
