Non gamer use will be for photoshop and medical work. Would like to last 4-5 years and be upgradeable.

This is another alternative. It does not have an unlocked CPU. This one cannot overclock, but if you want the 3570k, then get it. It has twice the storage space. It includes an SSD. It has a better gpu (quiter and cooler). It also has twice the RAM that is faster as well.
