Hello, I would try to uninstall any drivers that you have installed. Go into your bios and manually select your graphics card oppose to any integrated solution. Then try re-installing the drivers.

Also does the graphics card appear in the bios?

I believe that the graphics card is recognized in BIOS and in Windows and that Catalyst drivers cannot recognize that there is an AMD display adapter in the computer.

This problem happens sometimes to some people including me. I have told many times here in this forum that people having such problem should install the drivers the old way, namely using the .inf file method. I do it that way whenever there is a new version catalyst is out. I do not go the .exe way thinking and hoping that I may be lucky this time.
