Need a little help on PC build

Hello, this is my decision on PC:

MB: I need motherboard to fit good in Case that you chose and that i can overclock my CPU to 4-4.2GHz most. If it can be 75-85e it would be good.
CPU: i5-3570k - 192e
GPU: HD4000
RAM: 2x4GB - 36e
PSU: ThermalTake Smart 630W - 54e
HDD: 1TB - 73e
CASE: I need suggestion here for this build. I mostly need to be cool 'n quiet, to be cheap and to be black(inside n outside) for 60-65 maybe 70e...
Keyboard: 10e (usual)
Mouse: 10e (usual)
Monitor: Acer(CRT) 17" max res 1280x1024
All this is 530e. The reason i don't wanna buy Discrete GPU now is that i want high-end gaming CPU and other good stuffs. I will be using HD4000 and play gmod,css,gta sa,battlefield 1942.. one more thing is that i will be buying gmod seperate so i didn't puted it here. I'm mostly considered about PSU.. maybe its bad brand because its cheap for its Power.. Ok thanks

I'm a bit confused. If you want high-end gaming, then why the integrated graphics?

Yes i want high end gaming but i don't have much money for high end GPU now so i consider that i will be using HD4000 for a while until i get discrete GPU.. So what you think about PC is all compatible? And what about PSU? Whoever come here post your tought on PC because i'm going to school now and i wont enter forum for 7 hours so all you leave comments and when i come bad ill answer them all. Thanks

Approximate Purchase Date: Next year at january probably.

Budget Range: 500-550e i will have at january but later i can gather some more to upgrade.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Most likely gaming on high to ultra details, recording videos, surfing on internet, watching movies, photo shop editing.

Are you buying a monitor: Probably later down the road when i will be on money, so probably not at this moment.

Parts to Upgrade: Mobo,Cpu,Gpu,Psu,Ram,HDD,Case,mouse,keyboard and dvd reader.

Do you need to buy OS: No.

Parts Preferences: I prefer Intel CPU and for video cards Nvidia because of drivers vs ATI, but ATI because its cheaper.

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe.

Your Monitor Resolution: 1280x1024 Like i said i will get Full HD monitor later down the road.

Additional Comments: I would like PC to be quiet n cool. I will be playing:
Arma2, Arma3, Mount And Blade Warband, Minecraft, Battlefield 2, Battlefield 3, Just Cause 2, Prototype 1/2, from COD 4 to COD Black Ops 2, Mortal Kombat 9. Of software i will be using mostly FRAPS.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I'm upgrading because i have old CPU Celeron 331 and bad 8500GT that has 93-96 Celsius on idle.

For the parts it's best for you to pick because i don't really know what PC to build with this money. But i consider that will be good to get i5-3570k with HD4000 and use it sometime until i get money for decent video card, and by that time HD 8000 and GTX 700 will come out and prices will drop from current generation cards. Hope i gived all info

You can just listen parts from what you think for 550-600$ because euro is higher here. 1 $ = 95dinars ; 1 euro = 116dinars. On sites that i am buying at all are in dinars so consider price of 60.000 to 64.000 dinars. If you need something more ask.

January is still a long way. I suggest you come back here when it's near the date of your purchase. Prices and new technology change so fast.
