Gtx 560 vs Radeon hd 6950

i am about to build a computer and i am stuck on which gpu to buy. i have a 200 dollar strict budget and these are the two i have narrowed down

I am play mostly shooters and am building this computer to play guild wars 2. If you have any other gpu that are better in my price range please tell me. Thanks

6950 is the way to go look here compare the benchmarks http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/510?vs=543& the black chart is the 560 the blue is 6950 so it looks like the 6950 spanks a 560 6950 is much better.
