Low FPS, low CPU/GPU usage
I have a Radeon HD 6670 Running crossfire with a 6550D. When I set up a game, it always says that based on my setup, it should be in Ultra High, or whatever. When I go to play on high settings, however, I get a framerate of like 10 in skyrim, but with my CPU and GPU usages at like 40%. The same thing happens in Starcraft 2 -- I play on low settings so I can get an acceptable framerate, but even then my GPU usage stays around 40 or 50 %. What's going on? How can I get my FPS up?
