More about parts compatible
  1. Not sure about the RAM it wasn't specific enough also Make sure the i5 CPU you get is LGA 1155 though, not sure if all of them are.

    Other than that you're good.
  2. Since you don't mention what i5 cpu or what ram, can't tell you if it's compatible or not.
  3. Oh here,

    CPU:Intel® - Core™ i5-2500K Quad-Core 3.3GHz Processor

    RAM: AMD Performance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600MHz Desktop Memory

And possibly this instead of the i5

    2nd Gen Core i7-2600K 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo)
  4. Yes, they should all be compatible
  5. Why an H77 board?
  6. No reason just picked one that worked for me, mostly i wanted the crossfireX support, other than that i just picked it so that Intel processors work.
  7. Aim for Z77.
  8. Why, like i mean whats better on it? I'm building for the first time so i dont know whats what.
  9. H is lower end, Z is top of the line.

    Price difference: $20.
  10. Oh btw will this PSU be able to handle all of that?

    Apevia 650W Computer Power Supply
  11. Gosh, get rid of that POS.
  12. What would you suggest for the Power supply?
  13. Is this a better one? Thermaltake 700 W Computer Power Supply (TR700)
