New AMD Cpu needed or not?

Hi,

If anyone would like to help me...

Would upgrading my cpu to a FX8350 give me any substantial fps boost, on for example Black ops 2?

Also, will my current psu be able to handle it?

Corsair GS500 / Bronze 80 Plus / 12v 468W

MOBO: Asus M5A99X Evo
GPU: MSI TF 7950 Boost Edition
RAM: 2X4GB Corsair Veng
HDD: WD Black 750GB
PSU: GS500 Corsair

I game at 1920x1080

Turn down some of the graphical settings a bit if you have them cranked all the way up. That will give you a FPS boost
