Hello,

I've been having problems with my PC for a little over a year now. What would happen is whenever I would start the PC, it would restart twice before starting for real the third time. I guess I ignored this problem by leaving the PC on overnight, never shutting it down.

Just last night though, my PC froze, which is rare, and when it froze, there were blue vertical lines. I did some research, and it turns out the computer restarting itself and the blue vertical lines are maybe because of the Graphics card. I have taken it out and am now using my very old Radeon X1300/X1550 series. :(

So far, everything looks like crap but the PC started on the first try and it hasn't frozen yet. I think I need a new card...

Here are my specs:
Windows 7 Home Pentium (32-Bit)
350w PSU
Dell Q6600 Quad-Core ACPI x86-based PC
3GB RAM

Which graphics card should I get?

I am guessing I want to spend <$50 and probably go on eBay for this.
