Why did my boot up time slow down?

Hi guys, so I just built a PC. -i5 2500k -Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 -8Gb corsair ram -600W PSU -7850 -1TB 7200 HD

Anyway I built the computer initially with the stock CPU heatsink, and it ran fine with a quick boot up probably like 30-40 seconds.
Today I installed a new Coolermaster 212 evo. Now the boot seems to be noticeably slower. Probably over a minute.

The BIOS screen lingers longer, as does the windows start up screen.

I figure I must have done something when installing my new heatsink, but im not sure what. I did have to take out a stick of ram in the process of installing the fan (I did reinstall the ram)

Other than that the computer runs perfectly fine it seems. Just the slower boot up.
Any advice would be awesome. Thanks.
