Will any of these coolers fit?

I have a p8z77-v deluxe with 2x Corsair vengeance ram memory and i want to put in a hyper 212 plus or a 612 pwm and i would like to know if it fits. The case is a Haf X, so theres plenty of space when talking about the case.

Or maybe an opinion, because i´ve never used an water cooler, and i would like to know what can be better, using any of both above, or going with an water one(and suggest some models if possible, nothing big plz)

With the higher ram modules some coolers are out of the question.
