Greetings All. I haven't built a new rig since 2004. Looking for some advice for building a mid range PC that will play some of the latest games, (I'm not a hard core gamer, but I do like to play), and be able to work with videos and pictures. I've been online for 3 days trying to filter through the massive selections of components which is a bit overwhelming when trying to make a choice. I would like some advice on a mother board, processor, and graphics card, figuring that would would be a good start. I am leaning towards an Intel i5 3rd gen, as I know next to nothing about AMD or what is comparable to the i5. Trying to keep the cost between 700-900 us dollars. I have a "wish list" on Tiger Direct that is up to $956 that I can send to anyone that would be interested in taking a look. I would like to bring that price down a bit.

Thanks!
Scott

personaly i i would recomend the amd fx-8150 as it is probly the best cpu for its price range and you dont really need to know anything about the cpu really.
