Computer not connect to screen

Hello,

i have just purchased a new computer (a novatech delta v3) http://www.novatech.co.uk/pc/range/deltav3.html

the problem is when i have tried to connect these to the monitor, there is no signal detected.

i have used 2 different monitors and a tv using 2 separate vga cables .

i have tried the turn off/ turn on attempt to no prevail.

i was hoping there is somebody out there who can point me in the right direction as im not to clued up about computers.

can you try a dvi cable or a hdmi cable?

novatech are a reputable company so if you cant get it to work then contact them

Open the system up. Check all of the cabling. If you are unfamiliar with the insides of a computer, use this for a guide:

If you do not find anything out of place, return it.

Its the computer NOT the monitor....

Do NOT look inside the computer until you have spoken to the seller as it WILL invalidate the warranty, and could cost YOU a lot of money...
