I pretty much have all the components in mind. What I would like to have is your opinions on the choice I made, as in, if I spent 10-20$ for that piece instead it would be much better, etc.

I would also like to make sure that everything is compatible with everything :p

I am using this computer mainly for gaming (Would love to be able to run games at high settings (Games like, Battlefield 3, Guild Wars 2, Borderlands 2)) and creating music as well as a few session of photoshop editing. Heard that i5 is the best gaming wise since Hyper-threading might cause some problem with video game or may not improve them at all.

So here we go.

What I already have:

Zotac GTX 560 Ti Overclocked by 15% (Paid 200$ in a shop >.<, may be able to return if I can get something better for that price range).
Corsair Professional HX750W
Mouse, Keyboard, Sound Speaker and Monitor.

What I am buying:
PROCESSOR AND MOTHERBOARD - Intel Core i5 3570K Unlocked Quad Core CPU & Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H Motherboard:

CASE - MSI Interceptor Series Nighthawk ATX Mid Tower Case

HEATSINK - Corsair Cooling Air Series A50 Performance CPU Cooler

Depending on what your mother board is you can't use any 2 slots you have to use say slot 1 and 3 or 2 and 4 ect. you should do some research the motherboard that your getting to see where your RAM slots are and how much room you have.

If you can I would take the 560 ti back and get a 660 non ti because you can take advantage of PCI 3.0 which give you more bandwidth so you will have a more responsive GPU but other than that you look like you have a pretty good build but one clarification is that hyper threading wouldn't make gaming worse but it would improve it at all what hyper threading does is it make everything that uses RAM use it in the most efficient order.

Considering the fact that these are 2x 4gb memory stick and I don't think that I would ever need more than 8gb of ram, considering what I need it for, I don't think that it can be an issue, can it?

If I use the two slot at the right of the motherboard, I don't think that it could enter in conflict with the heat sink to the left.
