Only 250w PSU Looking for Good Graphics Card Update - Please Help

Only abot 70$ Budget, I was looking at cards like Gt 520/620 Only about 30w consumption.
I want to get other peoples opinions on it though.
My Specs

Integrated Realtek RTL8105E 10/100 Fast Ethernet LAN
Built-in Digital Media Reader (15-in-1)
250W ATX power supply
USB keyboard & mouse included

Please suggest 1 Nvidia and and 1 Ati Card

The radeon HD 6670 or radeon hd 6570 will serve you well for $70 with your PSU. I have a 250 watt PSU right now too and I am running the radeon hd 4670, so you'll be fine too since the radeon hd 4670 consumes more power.

Nvidia - GT 640 - but it's out of your budget.
AMD - HD 6670.

They will both work under your power supply and deliver acceptable gaming performance.

P.S. Don't get either GT 520 or GT 620 - they both suck.
