Best Power Supply For $80-$100

Alright, so I plan on purchasing an MSI Lightning R7970, and I need the power to run that. Here are my specs so far:

Corsair C70 (case)
ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 (mobo)
Corsair vengeance 8 GB (4x2) DDR3 1600mhz (RAM)
Intel i5 3570K @ 3.4 Ghz (CPU, I plan on overclocking it to about 4.4 ghz)
ASUS 24xDVD-RW Internal Drive (Optical drive)
Western Digital Blue 1TB (data hard drive)
Samsung 128GB (SSD, boot drive, MMOs, and Skyrim)
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo (CPU fan, push-pull with Cooler Master Turbine Master Mach 8)
3 case fans (came with case)

So, I need something that will run all this with ease in the $80-$100 range. I'd like to have only options from New Egg and Amazon, please. Thanks in advance,
