Internet connection windows 7

Hello,
I have windows7 and a broadband connection wich connetcts me to the internet at the start up. So I was searching for a option where I can change this and connect on a friends user name and password but i can not. Why??
Please help. Because I come from a land where my download is limited, so I would connect on my friend account and continue with my downloads. Thx
