Hi how is this possble how can watching a video on youtube raise the temp of a gfx this is what happens to my 6950 the temp go over 56* just while watching a video with a fan speed of 45%.How can I stop this?

4 gb ram
Asus 6950 DCU II
vx 450w

You could check if graphics hardware acceleration is enabled and if so, try disabling it.

The change setting thing does not work I cannot click I have updated the gpu to the latest driver,what to do?

Try booting into safe mode and then disabling it.
