Which of those 2 gpu is best for heavy gaming and multiple vm

I have both, wich will be the loudest at full

It depends on the model, I use to have a radeon 5770 Hawk edition card and it wasn't loud at all.

Well really none of those will do good in heavy gaming, assuming that means new games like BF3, Skyrim etc. Especially not the gtx 260!

True, but if I had to pick one of those 2 cards I'd go with the radeon 5770!
