Molex to 6pin pci e connector ground wire

The two black grounds fell out of the pci e 6 pin connector am I fine just plugging them back into the pins on the pcie 6 pin connector seeing as grounds carry no current?

Not really, grounds do carry the current, otherwise they would not be there.

The current always goes in a circuit: It needs a path forward and then a path backward. If the circuit is broken, the current will not flow. Grounds are the path backwards.

Stick them back in, you need those wires.
