Well, you gotta start with the ones that have a 6+8 pin power connection (instead of reference 6+6 pin), because you know those designs are looking to push the overclocks. I would strongly consider the 3GB versions as well.
If it were just for the name, I'd go with the Inno3D "Ice Dragon" 3GB edition, because that just sounds too cool, but you probably can't find those where you live.
Then there's the Zotac AMP! clocked at 1111 mhz (with "only" a 6+6 pin), but for $400, you'd probably want a GTX 670. Still, that card's gotta be pumping to expect people to pay that much.
Ultimately, I would have to go with the tried and true standbys, the MSI Twin Frozr IV Power Edition, or the Asus DirectCU TOP.
