well budget just got reduced lol, now its just 400$. for either a strong cpu mobo and psu, or weak cpu graphic card mobo and psu i have the case/hdd/ram already. cant decide if go for the cheapest cpu and get a decent graphic card. it would be for just few months ill be getting more money later for it. what u guys think? wich build should i go with? (can only get stuff from amazon usa)

all from amazon as i said i can only buy from there. what u guys think about it? any suggest on a similar build? its going to be a gaming pc i know that cpu its really weak just getting it till i can afford the i5-3570k. also i play at 1024-768 mostly, got a 720p screem too but i rarely use it, its kinda uncofortable its too big lol.

If you are only gaming at 720P, you don't need anything fancy. Frankly pairing (arguably) the best gaming CPU in the world with a mid-low range graphics card doesn't make a lot of sense.
If you have no intention of upgrading monitor, then just make a PC that's good at doing what you want it to do.
Skip the "fancy" motherboard, skip the intention to go for an overclockable CPU, and spend a little more on graphics. Then relax

If you can spend a bit more on graphics because you don't have to consider a 2nd CPU, then go for something with a little more juice like a GTX660, HD7870 or HD7870XT

rammy's suggestion is good. the things id change is downgrade the cpu to a i3 3220 and upgrade the video card to a gtx 660. a i3 and 660 combo would still easily beat out a i5 and a 7850 combo

also, id change the psu to a xfx 450w. they sell for 42.99 at us.ncix

All good suggestions, I just tried to keep it as close to what he was wanting. An i5 (or any quad) is a good investment really given the way games are heading. The XFX is a better PSU but for $25 (after rebates) the CX430 is a steal for basic systems.

  Actually, the 400W Antec is enough, in fact for any graphics card with a single PCIe power connector. That limits the card to 150W, leaving more than enough for anything else unless you've got a stack of hard drives.

i always suggest more for headroom for future upgrades.

yeah its allways good to have something for future upgrades but i aint really upgrading that system for some months, kinda limited here, i can only spend 400$ using my credit card coupon. that way i get those 400$ at the official price, else i gotta buy it from someone else and they all sell it at 3-4 times more than it does cost lol thats why im so limited. its good to know the antec psu could handle it, i think im going for it and get a better one when i get the chance. on the cpu side i really wont mind using a dual core since i was planning to change it at the same time as the psu.
